Sanitize

It was very important to us that cleaning Scratchband be both easy and effective. We made if of medical-grade silicone so it is both microwave and dishwasher safe.

Microwave: Microwave Scratchband until hot to sanitize. Careful! It’s going to come out hot!

Dishwasher: Just pop it in the dishwasher. This will both sanitize and clean Scratchband.

Handwashing: Hand wash in hot soapy water for 20 seconds–the same way you wash your hands. Sing Happy Birthday twice! You can also wash Scratchband while you wear it at the same time you wash your hands.
